Frieze London and Frieze Masters 2026: What to Know Before You Go
Frieze London and Frieze Masters, two of the world’s leading art fairs, return to The Regent’s Park from 14 to 18 October 2026. The opening days, Wednesday 14 and Thursday 15 October, are invitation-only previews, with public days following.
Two fairs, one park
- Frieze London focuses on contemporary art and sits in the south of the park, with its entrance off Park Square West, a few minutes’ walk from Regent’s Park station.
- Frieze Masters covers art from antiquity to the late twentieth century and is on Gloucester Green, in the north-east corner near London Zoo.
The two are roughly 15 minutes’ walk apart, and combined tickets are available. According to Frieze, the two fairs together attract more than 85,000 visitors each year.
Frieze Sculpture — free
For anyone without a ticket, Frieze Sculpture places large outdoor works in the English Gardens at the southern end of the Broad Walk. It is free to visit and runs from 16 September to 1 November 2026.
Practical tips
- The park is outside the central London congestion charge zone, but coaches are not allowed in; the Tube is the easiest option.
- Book timed tickets in advance; weekend sessions are the busiest.
- The fair week overlaps with the final days of the BFI London Film Festival.
